Our Core Team

  • Jane Dennyson, Founder

Jane founded Thrive to solve a hard commercial reality: climate and societal risks are now business risks.

She works with mid-sized companies and investors to embed environmental and social strategy in ways that win contracts, attract capital and strengthen resilience.

Her early career in East Africa showed her how economic systems underpin both livelihoods and biodiversity, shaping her conviction that commercial and societal value move together. Since then, she has built a career spanning inward investment, business development and strategy across the public and private sectors.

Jane now helps leadership teams cut through the ESG noise, avoid costly missteps, and build plans that deliver credibility with customers, investors and regulators.

Background: Strategic business development; environmental strategy; investment and policy insight.

Trademark: Turning sustainability into business advantage.

Our partnership with Burness Paull LLP

In early 2023, we formed a partnership with leading Scottish law firm Burness Paull LLP.

Burness Paull’s multi-faceted team of lawyers supports clients across many ESG-related services, including environmental & climate change, governance, social impact & people matters, the built environment, litigation & crisis management and business ethics. The partnership with Thrive complements and extends that experience into wider ESG strategy and its practical delivery.
